One way we can keep costs down is by eliminating legal services from our price quote. Many clients already have legal counsel in-house or on retainer, and hiring us to do the search would be a duplicated effort. For this reason, The Naming Company does not employ full-time attorneys. Our lower overhead allows us to be very competitive.

However, if you do not have counsel and need legal assistance in searching and clearing a trademark, we would be happy to help you.

We work closely with The American Trademark Company, a very proficient and knowledgeable firm that limits its practice to trademark law. Their legal fees are very reasonable and their expertise in this area is unparalleled. We can include the cost of their services in our quote (with a 17.5% mark-up) if you wish, or you can contract with them separately.
